Dee Moorhouse, Partner
Dee has been working in the oil and gas industry for over 44 years. In 1992, he began working for the company operating air equipment for air drilling services, well completions and workovers. In 2003, he became one of the partners and began the journey of expansion and growth into the nitrogen services sector a few years later. When not helping with the operations side of Omni, he enjoys boating, hiking and snow skiing with his family.

Lowell brings a diverse background spanning corporate management in manufacturing to sales of equipment and services within the oil & gas industry. Since 2019, Lowell has served as the Territory Sales Manager for Omni Air & Nitrogen in the Houston area, developing new business and overseeing complex pipeline nitrogen projects. Beyond his professional role, Lowell is deeply committed to industry networking and charitable efforts as the National President of Oilfield Connections International (OCI), a 501(c)(3) he co-founded in 2019.
Kathy Rodriguez, Partner
Kathy began her role at Omni when her father, Bob O'Dell (founder of Omni) retired in 2004. She performed accounting tasks and as Omni began to steadily grow, she fulfilled the role of Business Manager. The challenges she saw growing up in a family in the oil and gas industry helped her learn to shape a financial course for Omni. When she is not in the office, she enjoys traveling as well as designing and general contracting homes with her husband, gardening and spending time with family.
Steve "Nitroman" Conner, Nitrogen Division Director

Steve has over 49 years in the nitrogen business. He began his career as an N2 Service Specialist and worked his way to Operations Manager working with coil tubing and acid and later became Frac Manager. Over time, he became a Division Manager as well as an owner in an energy services company until the nitrogen division was sold in 2015. He then became VP of N2 Engineering / Tech Support at a large industrial gas company. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing and cooking his favorite cajun meals.

Benny is detailed oriented with 20+ years experience in management with a depth of knowledge in problem solving, customer relations, fleet services, and logistical efficiency. He also has a passion to lead church ministries such as safety team, mission trips, men's small groups, bible studies as well as performing the role of Camp Leader with the Texas Royal Ambassadors. On his days off, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. One of his favorite bible verses is Romans 8:28.

John is a native West Texan with 24 successful years of business leadership experience. 13 of those years have been in the oil and gas industry with knowledge in upstream, midstream, water sourcing, and land management.
