Omni Air & Nitrogen specializes in providing air and nitrogen services for the following:

• Pipeline purging and pigging
• Pipeline pressure testing
• Plant purging
• Plant pressure testing
• Inerting pipelines, tanks, vessels, etc.
• Drying pipelines and metering stations

Our nitrogen membrane units are easily mobilized and have the ability to produce unlimited amounts of nitrogen on site, no matter how big or small the job. We are experienced in taking parameters given for projects and sizing the equipment for volumes and pressures (up to 5000 psi) so the project can be completed in a safe, fast and efficient manner to minimize costs to the customer.

Connecting multiple units in tandem allow us to produce high volume for some of the most demanding large jobs. Our units can produce purity levels of 94%-99% depending on our customers requirements. All purity levels are controlled and monitored by the most state of the art monitoring system available to ensure quality. Temperature output can be slightly adjusted as well to accommodate certain requirements. Our units also have the capability of discharging nitrogen at up to -80 ^oF dew point.
